Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

We regret to inform you that we do not accept order cancellations, product exchanges, or refund requests under any circumstances. Please ensure that your shipping address and selected delivery method are accurate before placing your order.

2. Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a missing or damaged item, the following conditions apply:

  • An uncut and unedited unboxing video is required as proof.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning, with no interruptions.
  • Do not open the packaging of damaged items. You may be asked to return the item in its original condition.

We will only consider an exchange or replacement if the above evidence is submitted to info@yykpop.com within 3 days of delivery.

3. Sale Items

All items purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for these items.
No exceptions.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved (e.g., for a damaged item), the customer is responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

A replacement will be sent only after we receive and verify the returned item is in acceptable condition.

5. Processing Time

Once your claim and video evidence are approved:

  • We will arrange the replacement as quickly as possible
  • Please note: refunds, if applicable, may take time to process depending on your payment method and shipping region
