Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
For pre-order items, shipping will begin after the products have arrived at our warehouse. We typically receive pre-order items within 2–3 business days from Korea after their official release date.
3. Pre-order Policy
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. This ensures a complete and efficient delivery.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

We offer international shipping to select regions. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local courier efficiency, and customs clearance procedures.
