Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers.

Domestic (U.S.) delivery time: 3–5 business days

International delivery time: 7–14 business days (may vary by location)

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or unforeseen events such as weather.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, but only for unopened and unused items.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us  with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
